Shipping, Delivery & Tracking Your Order

We will ship FREE of charge to Auckland Metro for orders over $100.
Urgent Same day Auckland - Monday - Friday (order before 2pm delivered 6-9pm) $13.00

Small Parcels Nationwide (Shoe box size,up to 2 kg) $8  
Greater Auckland $4 up to 25kg
North Island $12/10kg

Rural North Island $17/10kg
South Island $21/10kg

Rural Area add $4 to above prices.


Items will ship to arrive in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock.

All orders placed before 2 pm. will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm. will be processed the next business day.

If there is going to be a delay shipping your order (such as being out of stock) we will contact you with the expected ship date. If you have any questions about how best to ship a product, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help.

Our carrier company does not guarantee any shipments to arrive on schedule during holiday season. This means our standard 1-3 day free shipping may arrives a couple of days late.

WISE CICADA does not ship internationally at this time.

You will automatically be sent a Tracking link once we have processed your order through our Couriers.

Returns & Replacements

Please email or phone us within 3 days of arrival, explain your reason for the return and ship your merchandise with a copy of your invoice.

Include a note saying what is wrong with the merchandise and what you are looking for. Also include your name/address along with your email. Remember that shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Please email and tell us a package is coming back, provide us with a tracking number and carrier you used. The product is subject to final inspection before your exchange/ refund is processed. Allow 1-3 working days for the exchange/ refund to be processed.

WISE CICADA Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price for any non-defective product returned for refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping.

If a credit is due, 3 business days should be allowed for time to process that credit.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Goods will not be released until receipt of payment. Online banking funds normally clear overnight.
